You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By participating, you confirm you meet this requirement.

By submitting any text (Confessions, Last Words, Pacts, Question Responses), you agree that you will NOT submit content that:

• Is illegal under Swiss or your local jurisdiction
• Threatens, harasses, or targets any person or group
• Contains sexually explicit material involving anyone under 18 (zero tolerance, immediate ban + report to authorities)
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Constitutes spam or commercial advertising
• Contains personal information of third parties (doxxing)

You retain ownership of your submitted text. You grant The Button a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to display it.

We reserve the absolute right to remove any content at our discretion, without notice or refund.

We may terminate your participation for violation of these terms. No refunds will be issued.

We may preserve and disclose user content and identifying information to law enforcement when required by law or to protect users.

You acknowledge that the service contains user-generated content. We are not responsible for the content of submissions by other users. We make no warranties about the accuracy or appropriateness of any user content.

Purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate, irreversible nature of the actions performed (lives added/removed cannot be undone). Exception: contact thebuttondies@gmail.com within 24h of purchase if you believe a payment was made in error.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland.

We may modify these terms with reasonable notice posted on this page.
